Flow: AICOUNTLY

Flow is the official companion app for AICOUNTLY's internal Desk Flow portal — the system AICOUNTLY's own support and operations team uses to run customer support end to end. WHO THIS APP IS FOR Flow is a staff-only tool for AICOUNTLY superadmins, team leads, and desk operators. You need an existing AICOUNTLY Console account to sign in; there is no public sign-up inside the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Dashboard — see open tickets, bugs, and recent Flow Bot activity at a glance • Tickets — view, search, and work customer support tickets synced from AICOUNTLY's support module • Bugs — track reported bugs from triage through resolution • Feature Requests — review requests raised from tickets or other AICOUNTLY systems • Tasks — manage your team's internal task list • Approvals — review and approve bug fixes, feature requests, and Flow Bot recommendations awaiting superadmin sign-off • Build Handoff — track items handed off to the AICOUNTLY Build portal • Flow Bot — monitor the assistant that drafts summaries, classifications, and suggested replies, with a full report and evidence trail for every action • Administration — manage users, SLA and office-hours settings, and audit logs (admin / team lead only) Every screen mirrors the Flow web portal, so your team can pick up a ticket, approve a fix, or check on Flow Bot's latest report without being at a desk. SIGNING IN Flow uses AICOUNTLY Console single sign-on. Sign in with your Console email and password, then confirm with the one-time code Console emails you — the same two-step login used across AICOUNTLY's internal tools. There is no separate Flow password. Flow is built and maintained by AICOUNTLY for internal use across its support and operations teams.
