KoeMatome turns your recordings of meetings, interviews, and lectures into transcripts and meeting-minute summaries, automatically, with AI. ■ Great for • Writing up meeting minutes quickly • Keeping interviews and lectures as text • Turning voice memos and existing audio files into text ■ Features [Record, then transcribe and summarize] Tap record and talk. When you stop and tap "Transcribe", AI turns your audio into text and then creates a summary for you. [Import audio files you already have] Pick an audio file stored on your device (m4a, mp3, wav, and more) and process it the same way. [Keeps working when you close the app] Processing runs in the background, and you get a notification when it is done. No need to stay on the screen, even for long recordings. [Handles long recordings] Long audio is split automatically. If some parts fail because of a connection problem, the successful parts are kept and you can retry only the failed ones. [Choose your summary style] Pick "Detailed" or "Concise". You can also choose which sections to include: Summary, Decisions, Next Actions, and a record by agenda item. [Custom prompts] Summarize with your own instructions (prompt). Load them from a text file (.txt / .md), and export a blank template to get started. [History] Results are saved in the history on your device. Search, edit titles and text, delete items, and play back or share the recorded audio. [Share and export] Share summaries and transcripts by email or chat apps. Export a summary as a text (.txt), Markdown (.md), or PDF file. You can also save your whole history into a single file and move it to another device. [Japanese and English] Switch the screen and the summary language between Japanese and English. ■ Before you start (please read) • This app works with your own API key for an AI service (Google Gemini or OpenAI). Getting the API key and paying the AI service's usage fees are your responsibility. • To transcribe and summarize, your recorded audio and text are sent to the AI service you choose in Settings (Google or OpenAI). They are not sent to or stored on the developer's servers. • With the Gemini API, to keep your data from being used for AI training, you need to set up the paid tier (pay-as-you-go) in Google AI Studio. With the OpenAI API, submitted data is not used to train AI models. • Your history and recordings are stored on this device. • AI transcripts and summaries may contain mistakes. Please check important content yourself. ■ Pricing • All features are free to try for 7 days from the first launch. • After that, a subscription is required: monthly (JPY 150) or yearly (JPY 1,500). • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
