Start with a clear GPS speed display. Build your own cockpit with the optional instruments you want, or choose a Focus, Navigation or Vehicle layout. YOUR DISPLAY • GPS speed in km/h or mph, with honest signal and permission states. • Optional trip distance, GPS accuracy, travel heading, coordinates and satellite information. • Five colour themes, a day display and adjustable HUD intensity. • Mirror mode for reflection in glass. Visibility depends on your phone, the glass, placement and light. • A manual speed reminder that you set yourself. OPTIONAL ROAD LIMITS IN NORWAY Enable online road data to request Norwegian speed limits from Statens vegvesen NVDB. This sends your precise location over HTTPS while AeroHUD is open and the road panel is enabled. Limits appear only with a confident current road match. Coverage is incomplete and data can be outdated; posted signs take priority. This is map data, not camera-based sign recognition. NAVIGATION AND MUSIC Search for an address or place using your device's geocoding service, then open the destination in a navigation app. With optional notification access, AeroHUD can display ongoing navigation directions supplied by Google Maps, Waze or OsmAnd. Your selected map app calculates the route; available details depend on that app's notifications. AeroHUD does not include its own offline route planner. Show title and artist from an active Android media session and use the playback controls that player supports. Navigation and music panels can be selected independently. OPTIONAL VEHICLE AND PHONE INSTRUMENTS Connect an already paired Bluetooth Classic ELM327 OBD-II adapter to read supported engine RPM, coolant temperature, fuel level, vehicle voltage and ambient temperature. Adapter and vehicle compatibility vary; unsupported or stale values stay unavailable. The adapter is separate hardware. Use the phone's magnetic compass and lateral acceleration display where supported. Acceleration follows the phone's screen axes and depends on mounting. These are not calibrated vehicle instruments. AeroHUD does not provide numbered gear, collision detection or lane-departure detection. YOUR CHOICES Display preferences stay on your device. GPS and connected instrument readings are processed locally except for the optional road lookup and destination services described above. No AeroHUD account, ads or analytics. No saved location or route history. Optional demo mode shows clearly labelled simulated readings and starts switched off. Device-supplied mock GPS is identified as simulated. Set up while parked and secure your phone. GPS, road data and connected services can be delayed or unavailable. Follow your vehicle's instruments, posted signs and your navigation app.
