Yolgi - Yoga Flow Builder

Yolgi is the yoga app for teachers, trainers and everyone who practices. Build a class in minutes, practice teaching it with a calm guide at your side, and keep everything you create in one place. PLAN YOUR CLASS • Build a class on one screen: add poses from the Yolgi pose library, group them into sections and drag to reorder • Set holds in breaths or seconds, choose sides, and add teaching cues and modifications • See your class time add up as you build, so you always land on time • Start blank, from a preset, or from one of your saved blocks • Keep private notes that only you can see CREATE WITH AI Tell Yolgi the length, level, style and focus, and get a complete, balanced class built from real poses in the library: warm-up, peak, counterposes and savasana included. Every class is a draft you can review and edit. TEACH AND PRACTICE • Teach mode: move through your class at your own pace with cues, your private notes and what's coming next • Practice mode: follow along with timed holds and a soft bell between poses • Reflect after each class and keep a log of what you taught MEDITATE A quiet meditation timer with a breathing circle, singing bowl or gong, and optional interval bells. No voices, no music. Just you and the bell. SHARE AND DISCOVER • Share classes with students and other teachers by QR code or username • Export class sheets as PDF to print or send • Discover classes from teachers in the community and follow the ones you like • Learn a new pose every day with Pose of the Day FOR TEACHERS, TRAINERS AND STUDENTS Whether you teach five classes a week, lead a teacher training, or are building your own home practice, Yolgi keeps your sequences organised and ready when you step onto the mat.
