Voice To Task CRM: AI Invoice

Voice To Task CRM is the AI voice invoice maker and estimate app built for the trades. Say what you did, or what the job will take, and AI turns your words into a line-item estimate or invoice, a material list, a client record and follow-up tasks. Built for plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, handymen and contractors who would rather get paid than do paperwork at night. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap record and talk: "Replaced the half-horsepower sump pump, two hours, forty-five dollars in PVC, call them back Tuesday." 2. AI drafts the job: labor, materials, prices, the client and a follow-up task. 3. Fix anything that was misheard. Nothing goes out until you approve it. 4. Share the draft as an estimate PDF, or finalize it into the invoice. 5. Text or email the PDF from the truck, then mark it paid when the money lands. ESTIMATES AND INVOICES FROM ONE DICTATION Walk the job, speak the scope and send a PDF estimate before you pick up a tool. When the work is done, finalize the same draft into the invoice without retyping a line. Use it as an electrician estimate app for panel upgrades and rewires, an electrical estimate app for service calls, a plumbing estimate app for water heaters and drain work, an HVAC estimate app for change-outs, and a contractor estimate app for mixed labor and materials. Every estimate PDF is marked as an estimate, not an invoice, so your customer knows the final number can change. Estimates for small jobs take thirty seconds; estimates for big ones take a walk-through and a minute of talking. GET PAID, AND KNOW WHO HASN'T • Finished invoices show Paid or Outstanding, with one-tap Mark paid (and Undo) • Add your VAT, GST or sales tax rate and choose which lines are taxable • Your hourly labor rate fills in whenever you don't say a price • Every estimate and invoice becomes a clean PDF you send through your phone's share sheet CLIENTS AND JOBS, ORGANIZED • A client list and job history that build themselves from what you say • Pick or change the client on any draft • Follow-up tasks with due dates for callbacks and return visits • Invite your team with roles: owner, technician, and a read-only accountant • Your accountant can open invoices in a browser and export them to CSV BUILT FOR THE TRADES This is a contractor invoice app, a plumbing invoice app, an HVAC invoice app and an electrician invoice app in one, because the workflow is the same: finish the job, say what you did, send the bill. Plumbers log pumps, fittings and fixture swaps. HVAC techs capture condensers, refrigerant and filter sizes. Electricians dictate panel work, breaker counts and wire runs. Handymen bill mixed labor and materials without touching a keyboard. Whether you need an estimate, an invoice or both, it starts with your voice. START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Continue as a guest and try it on a real job. Add an email later and your jobs, clients and subscription carry over. TRANSPARENT AI Your recording is sent to Google's Gemini AI, which transcribes it and drafts the estimate or invoice. You see what was understood and can edit every line before it reaches a client. Your data is never sold and is not used to train AI models. AI can make mistakes, so always review a draft before you send it. PRICING Start with 5 voice logs at no cost and check the accuracy on your own jobs. The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited voice logs, monthly or yearly, and the yearly plan comes with a free trial.
