Shuuty: Voice Tasks & Groups

Shuuty is a voice to-do list: say what needs doing and AI prepares the title, due date, reminder, assignee and place. Hand the task to a friend or a group - they get it right away, and you see what is pending, in progress and done. SAY WHAT NEEDS DOING Record a task in your own words. Shuuty prepares the title and description, recognizes the due time, reminder, assignee, and place, and can split several thoughts into separate tasks for review. Prefer typing? Add tasks manually with the same detail. CHOOSE THE CONTEXT AND DELEGATE Decide whether the task is private, assigned to a friend, or connected to a group. When you delegate it, the assignee receives it right away - or an approval request first, if their settings require it. Track tasks awaiting acceptance, in progress, and completed. KEEP THE FULL CONTEXT Private, Received, and Delegated tasks have clear, separate views. Add subtasks, priorities, due times, reminders, and locations. The conversation and activity stay with the task. ONE GROUP, MANY ROLES Use a group as a team workspace, community, client collaboration hub, service offer, or product showcase. Add a detailed description, gallery, public location, and interests. Chat and threads work in every group, and you turn tasks and the shared calendar on as needed. The calendar can serve as plans and projects, a booking schedule or time tracking. MEETINGS AND DISCOVERY Set the place, time, and participants for a meeting. Discover nearby meetings, public groups, and local offers on the map. SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE Shuuty works in English, Polish, and Norwegian. Pick the language in your profile; on first launch the app uses your phone's language. With Pro and Teams, translate messages in conversations, groups, and meetings, so everyone in a multilingual group reads in their own language. You can also dictate a message. WHO IT IS FOR - Couples and families: who picks up the kids, who pays the bill - say it and hand it over. - Friends and flatmates: shared errands, trips and meetups in one group. - Small teams and service businesses: tasks for your people, a shared calendar, bookings and time tracking. - Communities and clubs: a group with a description, gallery, chat and meetings, visible on the map.
