GESTION DES DEMANDES Consultez les demandes de diagnostic entrantes, écoutez la note vocale du client, examinez la photo du véhicule et la plaque, puis acceptez ou refusez le dossier. PLANIFICATION DES INTERVENTIONS Gérez vos créneaux de disponibilité et confirmez les rendez-vous. Retrouvez la localisation du véhicule et le point de repère indiqués par le client. RÉDACTION DES RAPPORTS Renseignez le problème constaté, les directives, les pièces concernées et la conclusion. Le rapport est mis à disposition du client dans son application. SUIVI ET FACTURATION Fixez les montants d'intervention, validez les preuves de paiement transmises par les clients et suivez l'avancement de chaque dossier jusqu'à sa clôture.
