Acube Pumps is a field-force companion app designed for authorized company employees, sales teams, service staff, and managers. The app helps field teams manage daily work from one place with attendance, visit planning, dealer and counter visits, orders, travel claims, reports, notes, chat, and activity tracking. Key Features: • Attendance Management Check in and check out with GPS-based verification. • Visit Planning Plan daily visits, manage customer meetings, and track field activities. • Dealer & Counter Visits Record dealer visits, counter visits, and field updates easily. • Orders Create and manage customer orders directly from the app. • TA/DA Claims Submit travel and daily allowance claims with required details and receipts. • Reports View activity, attendance, visit, and performance reports. • Notes & Chat Communicate with team members and share important work updates. • Live Tracking Location may be used during working hours for attendance and field tracking as configured by the company.
