Full description

The Spectacular Inspection System is simply the best home inspection software available. It was created for property inspectors to generate a PDF report about the properties they inspect. Our app stores over 7000 regularly used comments and enables the inspector to choose the comment that fits the description of the items they inspect rather than typing a comment every time. Spectacular aims to make the daily job of a home/property inspector simpler by enabling him/her to generate the report, email it, and print it all while still on-site to give to the real estate agent and home buyer. No other home inspection program does pictures better than Spectacular. Generate as many sample reports as you like for free. Once you believe Spectacular is the right inspection app for you, join the monthly or yearly subscription. Other payment options include paying for each report individually. For questions, comments or enhancement requests, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. We'd love to connect with you. We're always open for communication... Thank you for downloading Spectacular! AaceSystems LLC
