A2Z Learning Centre's official app for parents and drivers — the easiest way to manage pickup schedules, coordinate routes, and stay in touch with the centre, all from your phone. A2Z Learning Centre provides before- and after-school and holiday childcare, with door-to-door pickup for children between school and the centre. This app is how our team keeps pickups running smoothly, keeps parents informed, and keeps our drivers organised — no phone calls or paper schedules needed. FOR PARENTS • See your child's pickup schedule for the whole week at a glance, day by day • Request or confirm which days your child needs picking up, right up until the centre's review window closes for that day • Once a day is confirmed by the centre, it's locked in — no surprises on the morning of • Get a notification the moment your child is recorded as picked up, so you know they're safely on their way • Manage more than one child from a single account if you have multiple children with us • If your activation code or Parent Reference ever goes missing, just contact the centre and we'll sort you out FOR DRIVERS • See your assigned pickup routes for today and the rest of the week, with every stop, student, and scheduled time laid out in order • Start a route with one tap when you set off, and mark it complete when you're done • Record each child as picked up as you go, or flag a reason if a child isn't at the stop when you arrive • Where required, complete a short risk assessment for a route before you're able to start recording pickups on it • While a route is in progress, your location is shared with the centre in the background — even if your phone is locked or you switch to another app — so the office always knows where you and the children are • Everything syncs straight back to the office in real time, so there's no need to call in ONE APP, BUILT FOR BOTH ROLES If you're both a parent and a member of staff, switch between parent and driver mode from the same app — no need to install anything twice or juggle two accounts on two devices. Each time you open the app, simply pick which account you'd like to use. GETTING STARTED When your child joins A2Z Learning Centre (or you join our driving team), we'll give you a welcome card with your Parent or Driver Reference and a one-time activation code. Enter your Reference in the app, confirm the activation code, and you're straight in — no forms to fill out, no account to register yourself. SECURE BY DESIGN There's no password to create, remember, or have stolen. Signing in uses a one-time passcode sent straight to your email or mobile number, confirmed against the Parent or Driver Reference the centre gave you when you joined. After your first sign-in, you can set a quick 4-digit PIN to unlock the app on your own device without waiting for a fresh code every time. Accounts are set up by A2Z Learning Centre directly — there's no public sign-up, so only people the centre has actually enrolled can ever get in. All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. WHY WE BUILT THIS Coordinating pickups for dozens of families and drivers by phone and paper doesn't scale, and it leaves too much room for a missed message or a mix-up. This app puts the same information the office has directly in your pocket — the schedule, who's confirmed, who's been picked up, where the route is right now — so everyone's working from the same picture, in real time, without anyone having to chase anyone else for an update.
