Contraction Timer: Popzy

Contraction Timer: Popzy is the simplest way to time your contractions when labor starts. One tap when a contraction begins, one tap when it ends. Popzy tracks the length and the time between each one, shows you the pattern as it builds, and tells you when it is time to head to the hospital. No ads, no sign-up, no waiting. Contraction Timer: Popzy works offline, so it keeps timing in the car, in the elevator and in the delivery room. Nothing gets between you and the button. How it works 1. Tap when a contraction starts, tap again when it ends 2. Popzy records the duration and the interval automatically 3. Watch the pattern build and follow the 5-1-1 guide Know when it is time Contraction Timer: Popzy follows the 5-1-1 rule most midwives and doctors use: contractions about five minutes apart, lasting about one minute, for one hour. When your timing matches, Popzy tells you clearly. You can adjust the rule to whatever your own midwife or doula recommends. Made for the moment Big buttons you can find without looking Rate the intensity of each contraction with one tap A live timer showing time since the last contraction Edit or delete an entry if you missed a tap Your full labor history saved to share with your care team Braxton Hicks or the real thing? The pattern makes it easier to tell Save the story Every contraction is saved. When your baby arrives, keep the timeline of your labor as part of your pregnancy keepsake and share it with family. Contraction Timer: Popzy is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of your midwife, doctor or hospital. Always contact your care provider if you are unsure, if your waters break, if you notice bleeding or reduced movements, or if anything feels wrong.
