REACT CRT is a visual Cognitive Reaction Training app created for coaches, therapists, professional athletes, people in rehabilitation, youth and older adults. The app turns a phone or tablet into a flexible training tool that connects visual perception, decision making and movement. REACT CRT is not based only on repeating a known exercise. The app presents changing visual cues on the screen. The coach, therapist or user decides what each cue means and which response must be performed. TRAIN WITH ACTUAL CUES DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN: • Colors - 🟡 🟣 🔵 🟢 🟠 • Numbers - 1 2 3 4 5 • Letters - R E A C T • Directional arrows - ↑ ↓ ← → ↖ ↗ ↘ ↙ • Shapes and symbols - ● ▲ ■ ★ ◆ • Faces and emojis 😀 😐 😮 😡 👋 The visual cues can be used in three main ways: • Directing signs tell the user where or how to move For example: ← Move left → Move right ↑ Move forward ↓ Move backward • Hinting signs suggest an action through a familiar letter, image or symbol For example: S - can represent Shoot / Stop P - can represent Pass D - can represent Dribble • Symbolic signs receive a meaning chosen by the coach, therapist or user For example: 🟡 🟣 Move toward the yellow / purple magnet, cone or court line 3 can represent three touches ▲ can represent a change of direction Each cue can be connected to a movement, exercise, direction, pass, shot, touch, step, target, training station or sport specific action. 🔧 CREATE PERSONAL TRAINING SETS Adjust every training set according to the user, activity and goal. Choose: • Visual cues • Display speed • Work time • Rest time • Number of rounds Create and save personal sets for repeated use. Train alone, with a coach, with a therapist, with a partner or as part of a group. Use REACT CRT at home, in a clinic, at the gym, on the court, on the field or in the classroom. 👁️ VISUAL REACTION TRAINING WITHOUT SOUND Visual reaction is fundamental in sport and daily life. Without sound, REACT CRT focuses the training on the connection between the eyes, brain and movement: see, process and respond. 📊 TEST PRO The Test Pro module adds measurement and progress tracking to the training process. Test Pro can be used to: • Measure reaction time • Record test results • Compare repeated results • Follow progress over time • Add measurable challenges to training and professional practice Test Pro is open to all users during the first month. After the first month, Test Pro is available through an annual plan starting from USD 19.90 per year (for now) The basic training tools remain available without a Test Pro plan. 🧩 USE WITH OR WITHOUT THE REACT CRT KIT The app can be used independently or together with the optional REACT CRT Kit.
