Full description

Dara Driver is the mobile field operations app for authorized drivers and sales teams using Dara ERP. The app helps drivers complete delivery routes and sales activities from an Android device, including in areas with limited or unreliable internet connectivity. Key features: • View today’s assigned delivery route and customer stops • Start and complete sales at planned or out-of-plan stops • Review truck inventory and search products by name or SKU • Record product counts, sales, returns, payment methods and notes • Create invoices and view locally saved invoice history • Print invoices and receipts using a supported Bluetooth thermal printer • Generate and share invoice PDF files • Continue working offline and synchronize pending records when connectivity returns • View synchronization status and retry failed items • Send diagnostic information when support is needed • Verify proximity to a customer location when starting a sale Access and requirements: Dara Driver is intended for businesses using Dara ERP. An authorized driver account is required. Drivers sign in using their phone number and a one-time passcode and can protect access using a PIN. Some features require location permission, Bluetooth access, an internet connection for synchronization and compatible thermal printer hardware. Location is checked in the foreground only when the driver starts a sale. Dara Driver does not continuously track location in the background. Business data is synchronized with Dara services according to the employing organization’s configuration and data policies. For support, contact [email protected].
