Spill Tab

Spill Tab – Smarter Bar Inventory Made Simple Running a bar is hard enough — inventory shouldn’t make it harder. Spill Tab is the easy, accurate, and bartender-built solution for tracking your beverage inventory, cutting waste, and boosting profits. We’ve been behind the bar, staying late with clipboards and calculators, trying to make sense of half-empty bottles and broken spreadsheets. So, we built the tool we always wished we had — one that actually makes sense for real bars, not just accountants. Spill Tab helps you: - Count faster: Skip the spreadsheets. Our preloaded liquor database means you can start counting right away — no tedious setup or bottle weighing required. - Count smarter: Every count is by weight, not by guesswork. Say goodbye to “about a third left” and hello to precision. - Reduce waste: Spot over-pours, comps, and missing bottles before they eat into your profits. - Simplify reorders: Get reorder suggestions and see top movers versus dead stock at a glance. - Sync your data: Upload sales from POSs like Toast and invoices from Fintech to get a clear picture of what’s really happening behind the bar. - See your profits: Dashboard reports highlight where your margins leak — and how to fix them. Why Bars Love Spill Tab Because it’s built by people who’ve actually done inventory night. We know where mistakes happen, where time gets wasted, and how frustrating it is to juggle spreadsheets and receipts. Spill Tab keeps it simple, so you can spend less time counting bottles and more time serving drinks.
