NW/MS Console is the employee operations app for Nature's Warehouse and The Motherhood Shop. Access to business workspaces requires an authorized employee or contractor profile and a four-digit PIN. Available tools depend on your assigned role. Warehouse teams can pick and pack orders, receive stock, manage transfers, count inventory, and organize deliveries. Customer Service teams can look up customers, support orders and subscriptions, use communication tools, and view phone activity. Drivers and dispatchers can work with delivery routes and stops. Authorized practitioners can manage consultation work. Employees can access attendance, payroll self-service, and internal messages. This update includes clearer mobile navigation, chat alerts, warehouse priority badges, and improvements to receiving and inventory quantity entry. Camera, microphone, foreground location, and file access are requested when a related work feature needs them. This app is for authorized Nature's Warehouse and The Motherhood Shop employees and contractors. It is not a customer shopping app. Store screenshots show the actual app using fictional demonstration records.
