A love letter to the classic squad shooters of the 90s. You command a handful of tiny, named rookies. They follow their leader in a wobbly line, they shoot where you point, and they go down from a single hit. So does the enemy. Survivors are promoted. The fallen get a dog tag on the wall, with a note of how it happened. There is always another recruit waiting at the gate. • One hit kills, for both sides • Rifles never run dry; grenades and rockets are precious • Explosions do not care whose side you are on • Huts keep sending enemies until you flatten them • Thirteen missions across jungle, snow, desert, moorland, an underground base and islands • Row a boat, ride a snowmobile, borrow a tank, and run when the helicopter comes • World and country rankings, with every result checked by replay • 36 achievements, and optional Play Games sign-in • Split your squad into teams to guard, flank or scout • Play co-op: two to four friends, one team each • Eighteen ranks, from Rookie to Field Marshal • Every soldier has a name, a record and a quirk • Touch, controller, or keyboard and mouse; phones, tablets, foldables and Chromebooks • Single player works offline • Seven languages.
