CCTS Field Agent

CCTS Field Agent is the mobile companion for campaign teams working on the ground. It gives coordinators and field agents one place to record supporters, submit results, report incidents and track turnout — and it keeps working when the network doesn't. ACCOUNT REQUIRED This app is for members of an organisation already using CCTS. Accounts are issued by your campaign administrator; you cannot register from within the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Recruit and manage supporters — capture details, support level and location, and find existing records quickly. • Check voter registration — look up registration details through the IEBC's own public verification portal, without leaving the app. • Submit results (PVT) — record polling-station tallies and attach a photo of the results form. • Track turnout — mark your supporters as they vote on election day, so your team knows who still needs a reminder. • Report incidents — log what you see, with type, severity, location and time. • See where you stand — summaries scoped to your own area; team leaders get additional reports. BUILT FOR POOR CONNECTIVITY Field work rarely happens where the signal is good. Everything you capture is saved on your phone and uploaded automatically when a connection returns. You can work through an entire shift offline without losing anything. WHY WE ASK FOR PERMISSIONS • Camera — to photograph results forms. The app never reads your photo gallery. • Location — to attach a location to field submissions, confirming where a report was made. PRIVACY CCTS handles personal information about constituents, and we take that seriously. Personal details are encrypted on your device and in transit, and are only ever sent to your own organisation's CCTS system. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) or any government body. Four things in there are deliberate, not filler: The IEBC disclaimer. The app embeds the IEBC verification portal in a webview. Without action-adjacent app that displays a government portal invites an impersonation flag. Thisis the single highest-risk item in your listing. "You cannot register from within the app" matches your Data safety answer that the app doesn't allow account creation. Reviewers cross-check those, and a mismatch is an easy rejection. The permissions section pre-empts the question rather than waiting to be asked — and "never reads your photo gallery" is the same line of defence that let you drop READ_MEDIA_IMAGES. "Personal details are encrypted", not "all data" — only PII is encrypted at rest in the local DB, so the broader claim would be inaccurate.
