たのマイカルテは、一般社団法人高知医療介護連携システムが提供する、健康づくりや医療機関受診をサポートするアプリです。 ご利用は無料ですが、ご利用時の端末費用および通信料（パケット費用含む）はご利用者の負担となります。 現在、以下のことができます。今後、順次機能拡充を予定しています。 ・ポイント獲得機能：健康づくりに取り組むことでポイントが貯まり、貯まったポイントに応じて特典を受けられます。（対象地域限定の機能です） ・診察予約機能：医療機関への予約情報を確認できます。また、予約情報のリマインドをプッシュ通知で受け取ることができます。 ・電子診察券機能：アプリに表示されるQRコードを医療機関の受付で読み取るだけで受付を完了できます。また、処方箋情報の確認も可能です。 ・問診票登録機能：アプリから問診票を登録できます。（基本問診、整形外科、皮膚科、小児科） ・診療情報確認機能：医療機関で受けた検査結果や、受けた処方情報（薬剤名・用法・処方日など）を確認できます。 ・各種健康管理機能：服薬状況やバイタル情報、食事情報を記録・管理することができます。 これらについて、自分だけでなく家族の情報も登録・管理することができます。
