Al-Rakeen Go: All-in-One POS

Al-Rakeen Go is one app with two doors, for any business. Mini POS is a complete point of sale that runs on your phone. Cloud POS is the owner dashboard for a business already running the Al-Rakeen point of sale. The shop, the grocery, the pharmacy, the clothing shop, the online store, the restaurant and the cafe all start here: pick your door on the sign-in screen and work. ■ Mini POS: a complete point of sale from your phone For a business with no cash register: sell from the phone itself, no computer and no installation. • Start in minutes: an account on your phone number, with a verification code over WhatsApp. • Add your goods in seconds: name, price and barcode, scanned with the camera instead of typed. • Sell fast: a cart that searches by name or barcode, a bill discount, and cash, card or account payment. • Give the customer their bill: print it on a thermal printer, or share it as a single image. • Track dues without a notebook: who owes, the receipt vouchers, and a statement per customer. • Return an item from an earlier bill, and stock and the customer's balance correct together. • Close the day on its figure: total, returns, net, best sellers and payment methods. • A fourteen day free trial, then a monthly subscription activated by contacting us. ■ Cloud POS: the owner dashboard, your business in your pocket For shops, restaurants and cafes subscribed to the Al-Rakeen point of sale. • Know what you sold right now, not at closing time, without calling the till or the accountant. • Follow the floor, delivery and online orders from anywhere, each with its state, value and staff member. • Decide on numbers: sales by period, item and staff, payment methods, discounts, cancellations and shifts. • Run more than one branch from one screen, each with its sales and its devices. • Never be surprised: alerts for a shift close, for unusually large orders, and for cancellations awaiting approval. • Edit your menu, your prices and your staff from the phone, within your permissions, while selling and stock stay on the till. ■ How to start Shop, grocery, pharmacy or clothing shop owner: choose Mini POS on the sign-in screen, enter your phone number, type the WhatsApp code, and sell the same day. A business already on the Al-Rakeen POS: choose Cloud POS, sign in with that account, and your branches are ready. ■ Why Al-Rakeen • Your data lives in the cloud, kept continuously, and readable even after a subscription ends. • The same company behind the Al-Rakeen point of sale in shops and restaurants across Iraq, with Arabic support over WhatsApp. • One account for everything you own: today's shop and tomorrow's restaurant, in one app. • Arabic and English, with the language switch on the sign-in screen itself. ■ Frequently asked • Do I need the Al-Rakeen POS to use Mini POS? No. It runs on your phone number alone, and your records are kept on our servers. • Can a staff member change my numbers from the dashboard? What each person sees and edits is governed by their permission. • What happens when the trial ends? Only new sales stop. Your bills, customers and goods stay readable. • Do I need a printer? No. You share the bill as a single image, and add a printer whenever you want one. ■ Permissions The app uses the camera to scan barcodes and to take the product photo you choose to keep with your goods, Bluetooth to reach the label or receipt printer paired with your phone, and notifications for shift and order alerts. A scanned frame is never stored or sent, and a product photo is removable whenever you like. It reads neither your location nor your contacts. ■ Who is it for • A shop, grocery, pharmacy, clothing shop or small online store that wants a simple point of sale for bills, customers and dues. • A restaurant or cafe owner who wants sales and orders on the phone while out of the place. • A branch manager or partner who reads the numbers their permission allows.
