Diligence Diary: SFBB

Diligence Diary is the digital food safety diary for UK food businesses — cafés, takeaways, food trucks, market stalls, restaurants and caterers. Swap the battered paper diary for quick daily records your whole team can keep, and hand any inspector a clean, complete report in seconds. BUILT AROUND THE SFBB METHOD Diligence Diary follows the structure of the Safer Food, Better Business (SFBB) pack: daily opening and closing checks, extra checks when something goes wrong, and a 4-weekly review. Official Food Standards Agency guidance allows diary records to be kept electronically, so you can keep your diary on your phone with confidence. Diligence Diary is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Food Standards Agency.
