KiDay est l’application mobile dédiée aux familles de SmileyWorld DayCare. Elle permet aux parents de gérer plus facilement les démarches liées à l’accueil de leur enfant, depuis l’inscription jusqu’à la réservation de créneaux d’accueil ponctuel. Grâce à KiDay, les parents peuvent accéder à un espace simple et sécurisé pour consulter les informations de leur enfant, transmettre les documents nécessaires, signer les formulaires demandés et suivre l’évolution de leur dossier. L’application facilite également la réservation d’accueil ponctuel. Les familles peuvent consulter les créneaux disponibles selon le groupe de leur enfant, sélectionner les dates souhaitées et finaliser leur réservation directement depuis l’application. Fonctionnalités principales : • Création et gestion du compte parent • Consultation des informations de l’enfant • Transmission des documents demandés par la structure • Signature numérique des formulaires • Suivi de la validation du dossier • Consultation des créneaux disponibles • Réservation d’accueil ponctuel • Paiement sécurisé des réservations • Réception des documents et confirmations liés au dossier KiDay a été conçue pour simplifier les échanges entre les familles et la crèche, réduire les démarches administratives et offrir aux parents une expérience plus fluide au quotidien.
