Durch die kostenlose PelvicTool App wird das Beckenbodentraining mit dem PelvicTool sichtbar gemacht. Die App gewährt Ihnen einen Einblick über das Kontraktionsniveau Ihrer Beckenbodenmuskulatur sowie in Ihre Trainingsleistungen und -fortschritte. Die PelvicTool-App funktioniert nur zusammen mit dem PelvicTool (zum Bestellen im Alonea-Webshop (https://alonea.ch/de/shop/). Nachdem Sie die App auf Ihrem Smartphone oder Ihrem Tablet heruntergeladen haben, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Bluetooth eingeschaltet und der Standort aktiviert ist. Zum Training platzieren Sie den Sensortube mit dem mitgelieferten Sitzkissen auf einen flachen Hocker und starten die PelvicTool-App . Verbinden Sie die App mit dem PelvicTool, indem Sie den weichen türkisfarbenen Sensortube kurz drücken. Das Training erfolgt auf dem PelvicTool sitzend, in leichter Kleidung. Bei Ihrem App-gestützten Training lernen Sie, Ihre Beckenbodenmuskulatur gezielt anzuspannen und loszulassen. Der Sensortube nimmt selbst geringe Kontraktionen wahr und stellt sie via App auf Ihrem Tablet oder Smartphone visuell dar. So können Sie den Trainingserfolg in Echtzeit sehen und lernen, Ihre Beckenbodenmuskulatur mit Fortschreiten des Trainings immer gezielter anzusteuern.
