Der LiveStatus ist eine cloudbasierte IIoT-Lösung von Agathon. Statusdaten über den aktuellen Zustand der einzelnen Schleifaufträge und Werkzeuge werden von der Maschine über die Cloud auf eines oder auf mehrere Endgeräte sowie auf einen Desktop-PC übertragen. Der LiveStatus bietet verschiedene Ansichten. Das Dashboard stellt die wichtigsten Daten für die einzelnen angeschlossenen Maschinen übersichtlich dar. Für jede Maschine können Sie in die Detailansicht wechseln. Dort sehen Sie pro Maschine das vollständige Spektrum der erfassten Daten sowie sämtliche Nachrichten, die während eines Auftrags von der Maschine gesendet werden. Ebenfalls pro Maschine erhalten Sie je eine Verlaufskurve der letzten 20 Inkreismessungen für den Frontbelag und, falls verwendet, den Peripheriebelag. Tritt an einer der angeschlossenen Maschinen ein relevantes Ereignis auf, zum Beispiel eine Störung, erhalten Sie sofort eine entsprechende Push-Nachricht. Voraussetzungen zum Koppeln einer Maschine 1. Gültiger Lizenzvertrag mit der Agathon AG, um die Maschine in der Cloud registrieren zu können 2. Mindestens Version 5.7 der Maschinensoftware AGC+ 3. Die Software-Option „LiveStatus“ ist auf der Maschine freigeschaltet 4. Die Maschine ist mit dem Internet verbunden 5. Auf Ihrer Firewall ist der Port 8883 für ausgehende Meldungen geöffnet
