Booki Booki

Booki Booki for Android is the companion app for your existing Booki Booki business account. Sign in with the account you already use on the web and pick up exactly where you left off. ▎ ▎ Your bookings, at a glance ▎ See today, tomorrow and everything upcoming without opening a laptop. Drag appointments between columns on the board the same way you do on the web, and the order syncs straight back. ▎ ▎ Estimates and submissions ▎ New estimate requests and form submissions arrive as notifications and land in their own column, so a quote request never gets mistaken for a booked job. ▎ ▎ Reschedule against real availability ▎ Move an appointment and the app offers only the slots you are genuinely open for, using the same availability rules as your booking page. ▎ ▎ Invoices ▎ Generate, edit and send invoices, and share a payment link. Search your whole ledger by invoice number, client name, email or any answer captured on the form. ▎ ▎ AI assistant ▎ Ask about today's schedule, draft an invoice or reschedule a client in plain language. Nothing happens until you review the draft and confirm it. ▎ ▎ Built for teams ▎ Team members sign in with their own account and see only the pages their owner granted them on the web. ▎ ▎ Also included ▎ - Push notifications for new bookings, payments, cancellations and reschedules ▎ - Client contacts and quick notes ▎ - Availability editing, including manual blocks ▎ - Light and dark themes ▎ ▎ Booki Booki is a companion app for existing Booki Booki users. Accounts are created and managed on the web at bookibooki.ca — you cannot create one from this app.
