ACA Team Up Scanning

Introducing the ACA Team Up app - your ultimate tool for networking with attendees at Team Up 2024! Created specifically for our valuable sponsors, this app is the perfect way to connect with attendees and manage your networking efforts. Here is how it works: ➤ Pre-event preparation: Before the event kicks off, sponsors can download the Team Up Scanning app in the App Store or Google Play Store. It's quick, easy, and ensures you're ready to make the most of your networking opportunities. ➤ Badge scanning: Once the event has kicked off, sponsors can use the app to scan the QR codes on the badges of attendees they engage with at their booth. No more manual note-taking or business card exchanges. Simply point, scan, and move on to the next connection! ➤ Real-time data capture: As sponsors scan attendee badges, the app instantly creates a form with all info and captures essential information such as email address, first & last name and company. Had an interesting conversation with one of the attendees? Then simply add some notes in the form of the attendee. ➤ Easy export: After the event, sponsors can export all scanned registrants' information into a convenient CSV file directly from the app. Whether you prefer to share this list via email, WhatsApp, or any other platform, the choice is yours. With just a few taps, you can securely share your leads with your team or seamlessly integrate them into your CRM system for further nurturing. Experience the power of efficient networking with the Team Up Scanning app. Say goodbye to manual data entry and hello to easily scanning badges. Download the app today and unlock the full potential of your sponsorship at Team Up 2024!
