Changemakers Team Academy

Changemaker Team Academy is the learning platform for Team Academy style team entrepreneurship. A cohort of learners forms real team companies, takes on real projects for real customers, and is coached rather than lectured. It follows the Tiimiakatemia method, which puts a team, a coach and a real customer in the middle of the learning instead of a lecturer and a textbook. The app carries the whole rhythm of an iteration. TEAM COMPANIES Each cohort forms companies that incorporate, agree a common why, and trade. The app holds the operating agreement and its signatures, the incorporation record, and the company's progress through the iteration. PERSONAL WORK A changemaker builds a personal vision across ten domains, keeps an iceberg canvas of what is visible and what sits underneath, writes a learning contract with skill targets and an evidence plan, and keeps a learning diary that spans every iteration they have worked in. REAL CUSTOMER WORK Customer visits are logged as Motorola pairs: five questions before the visit and the reflection completed afterwards, with the customer contact recorded and the faculty coach able to verify the work. TEAM LEARNING Training sessions, dialogue sessions, project team formation, leadership elections, peer evaluations, knowledge shares, book essays and a learning compass that shows a person's progress over time. COACHING Faculty coaches and the host institution see the whole picture: attendance, evaluations, flags, accommodations, KPI progress, and public boards that let a community watch the model working in real time. COMMUNICATION Team messaging with file attachments, a shared calendar, notifications, and support for multiple languages. WHO IT IS FOR Learners in a Team Academy programme, their team coaches, and the institution hosting the programme. Accounts are created by the programme, so you will receive your sign-in details from your team coach rather than signing up from the store. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO No advertising.
