Bring them back to life at your own little repair shop, one careful step at a time. REPAIR LIKE THE REAL THING • Inspect: test the phone to find the faults you can't see. • Open it up: pick the right screwdriver bit for each screw, and disconnect the battery before you touch anything. • Repair or replace: solder a pad, clean off water damage, or fit a part. Original parts cost more; budget parts are cheaper but can arrive dead; salvaged parts are free but risky. • Test: earn stars, tips and XP for a repair that holds. • Make a promise at the counter: play it safe, or be bold for bigger tips. EIGHT PHONES, THIRTY YEARS Work on fictional phones from the button phones of 2003 to the foldables of the 2030s. Each era has its own parts, faults and tricks. PEOPLE AND THEIR STORIES Meet 14 customers and follow nine stories across 17 chapters, plus walk-in customers every day. Rescue memory photos, and give old devices a second life. Work in the Local Shop, dig for treasure in the E-Waste Center, race the bell at the School, and take on company contracts in the Business district.
