Apprentice Evidence Backup Live

Keep a private preparation copy of your apprenticeship work while the details are still fresh. Apprentice Evidence Backup lets you quickly record a work date, duration, truthful activity note, your own reference terms, a site alias, an optional supervisor name and permitted photos. Saved records and re-encoded photo copies stay in app-private storage on your Android device unless you choose to export them. Camera capture briefly gives your chosen camera app access to a pending draft item, as explained in the privacy policy. Key features: - Capture and review evidence without an account or internet connection. - Turn your rough note into a reviewable smart draft using on-device extraction. - Keep permitted photos as resized copies with source metadata removed. - Export a selected date range as a readable PDF. - Prepare a PDF for your own email app without automatic sending. - Create a structured ZIP backup and validate it before a non-overwriting merge. - Reopen and validate each completed ZIP export before recording it as verified. - Delete individual entries or all local data whenever you choose. Important: this is a personal backup and preparation tool. It is not an RTO-approved logbook, profiling system, assessment, supervisor sign-off or official submission. Do not use it as your sole recordkeeping system or sole copy of evidence. Keep using every system and process required by your employer, RTO, regulator or licensing body, and maintain an independent backup. Always stop work and follow site rules before using your phone or taking a photo. No ads. No analytics. No account. No automatic sharing. No internet permission.
