Full description
NDIS Ally helps support workers and participants stay connected with their NDIS provider. For support workers: • View your schedule and assigned shift details. • Clock in and out, record task outcomes and write shift progress notes. • View authorised participant information and events. • Check available opportunities in the Job Board. • Read notifications and Team Leader updates. • View timesheets and documents, set availability and request leave. • Report incidents to your provider. For participants: • Sign in with your provider-issued account to view your schedule, goals and shared documents. • Send requests to your provider. • Use a limited schedule view where your provider supplies an access code. Access is managed by your NDIS provider. Available screens and records depend on your account and assignments. Location may be requested when a support worker clocks in or out. If permission is declined, the attendance action can still be submitted without coordinates. NDIS Ally does not use background worker location tracking. Push notifications are optional and require permission. An internet connection is required to confirm updates with your provider. NDIS Ally does not submit claims directly to NDIA, PRODA or PACE.
