Coaching responses are generated via OpenAI's API under terms that protect your data from model training. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. GymBro integrates with Health Connect to read your daily step count and sleep data. When you enable Health Sync on the Track page, this data is automatically imported into your daily tracker so you don't have to log it manually.
