CareOp Worker

CareOp Worker is the app support workers use to run their shifts, for Australian disability and NDIS providers. YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER There is no sign-up in this app. Your provider invites you, you accept that invitation, and then you sign in here. If your organisation does not use CareOp, this app will not do anything for you. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See today's shifts, the week ahead, and what each one needs • Clock on and off, with a location record for your timesheet • Write a progress note — type it, or speak and let your phone turn it into text • Report an incident while the detail is still fresh • Read the plan, routines, medications and allergies before you arrive • Record medication as you give it • Request leave, claim travel, set your availability • Upload a certificate — photograph it and let it read the expiry off the page • Check your timesheets and payslips • Sign documents your employer sends you • Start a safety check-in on a lone shift, and raise an alert if you need help IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Clock on, write a note or report an incident with no reception. It is saved on your phone and syncs when you are back in range — recorded at the time you did it, not the time it synced. A house with no bars is not a reason to write the note in the car afterwards. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR LOCATION Location is recorded only when you clock on or off, start a safety check-in, or send a duress alert. Never in the background, and never between shifts. If you decline the permission it still works — your timesheet simply records no coordinates. Your pay does not depend on a GPS fix. Speech becomes text on your phone. No audio is uploaded or stored. Your data is held in Australia.
