Bandmate Touring

Bandmate is the road companion for everyone on tour. When your tour manager builds the schedule, it lands instantly on your phone — so the whole band and crew are always looking at the same plan. WITH BANDMATE YOU CAN • See today's day sheet — load-in, soundcheck, doors, set time, and every detail for the city you're in • Check hotels, room assignments, confirmations and travel for every date • View the night's set list and guest list • Submit your guest-list requests and track approvals • Fill out your tour profile so production has what they need • Message the whole tour in one thread instead of a hundred lost texts NOBODY MISSES IT Push notifications keep you in the loop the moment anything changes — a moved soundcheck, a new lobby call, an urgent note. Your dates stay available offline, so you're covered backstage, on the bus, or anywhere signal drops. FOR TOUR MANAGERS Bandmate for tour managers runs on the desktop dashboard at bandmate.art — build the run once from your itinerary, deal memos and rooming lists, then push it to every phone. Band and crew accounts are always free. Built by touring people, for touring people.
