arbor: Emotional Journal

Some days are hard to put into words. Arbor gives you a place to start — a calm, private space to notice what you're feeling, put it into your own words, and see how it moves over time. Name it. Understand it. Act on it. NAME IT Check in with yourself in under a minute. Choose from a growing vocabulary of feelings, mark whether it leans pleasant or painful, give it weight, and log it so you can process it when you're ready. UNDERSTAND IT Reflect with Sage, an AI companion that asks rather than tells. Sage helps you sit with what you named, get curious about it, and close each session with a takeaway in your own words. Over time, Arbor gathers your check-ins into weekly reflections and a calendar view, so you can see your own patterns. ACT ON IT Connect what you feel to what matters to you. Explore your values, set gentle goals, and make room for new ways of being. Your tree grows as your practice does — every check-in, reflection, and value you tend adds to it. A PRACTICE, NOT A PERFORMANCE Arbor is built for returning. Reminders are gentle and adjustable, and the pace is always yours. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your entries belong to you. Arbor shows no ads and never sells your data. Your Arbor is your safe haven to garden and explore. FREE TO BEGIN Daily check-ins are free. An optional Arbor Premium subscription unlocks reflective sessions with Sage, the values & goals layer, and more. Cancel anytime in your Google Play settings. — IMPORTANT INFORMATION Arbor is a personal-development and self-reflection tool.
