WaterChamp: Hydration Tracker

WaterChamp tracks what you drink and shows your hydration as it changes through the day. It rises when you drink and drains over the hours after, faster while you are active and slower while you are asleep. The level does not reset at midnight. It works the same way for caffeine. Log a coffee and it lands on a curve tuned to your own caffeine half-life, so you can see your caffeine level at bedtime, and how late you can have the last one. WHAT YOU CAN LOG More than 60 drinks, from water and tea through coffee, soda and smoothies. Each carries its own hydration value, caffeine and calories, so a latte does not count the same as a glass of water. REMINDERS Your water reminder is scheduled for the moment you are predicted to run low, worked out from what you have drunk, your workouts and your sleep. For caffeine, a separate reminder tells you when you are reaching the last cup that still clears before bed. WIDGETS A home screen widget shows your level without opening the app. A second, wider widget lists your most-logged drinks, and tapping one opens the app with that drink ready to log. HEALTH CONNECT If you connect Health Connect, your water and caffeine are written there, and your workouts, steps, active energy and sleep are read back in. A hard session raises your goal for the day, your steps show next to it, and your real sleep times shape the overnight curve. Your sleep shows as a shaded band on the hydration chart. HISTORY A month grid where each day is a drop filled to how much of that day's goal you hit. Scroll back through the months. Nothing is cleared at the end of the month. WATERCHAMP PRO An optional subscription unlocks the projected caffeine curve, your complete history, logging drinks in the past or future, custom drinks with exact nutrition values, and all 29 stickers. Without a subscription, history covers the last 7 days. Estimates only, based on published half-life ranges and what you enter. WaterChamp is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
