RIZE: Mental Training

RIZE is a mental training platform built for the people around sport. Athletes, coaches, staff, families and sports organizations can use RIZE to strengthen mental performance, support wellbeing and navigate the demands of sport. Content covers performance, leadership, communication, relationships, recovery, motivation, confidence, pressure, sleep and life around sport. Different users get different experiences depending on their role. Athletes can train the mental side of performance and access private tools for reflection and development. Coaches and staff can use team resources, communication features and performance tools to better support the people they work with. Families can access content designed to help them understand and support the demands athletes face. Organizations can bring mental training and support into one shared platform while respecting individual privacy. Private by design Personal journals, goals and private reflections are not visible to coaches, staff or organizations. Team and organization features are kept separate from private mental training tools. RIZE is intended for mental performance, education and general wellbeing.
