Steady - AI Sobriety Companion

Steady is a sobriety companion built for people in recovery. At its heart is Ray — a warm, judgment-free AI companion you can talk to anytime, by text or voice, whenever you need support. Recovery doesn't run on a schedule. Cravings, hard nights, stressful moments, and lonely hours don't wait for a meeting. Steady is there in those in-between moments — to listen, help you think things through, and remind you how far you've come. Recovery doesn't stop when the meeting ends. Steady helps you stay connected between meetings with tools designed for real-life recovery: • Talk to Ray anytime — by text or voice. Whether you're dealing with cravings, celebrating a milestone, working through a difficult day, or simply need someone to listen, Ray is there when you need support. • Get help fast — the SOS button provides one-tap access to your sponsor, the AA helpline, or emergency support resources when every second matters. • Keep recovery close — save your sponsor's details for quick calling or messaging whenever you need to reach out. • Track your progress — celebrate sobriety milestones and remember how far you've come on your recovery journey. • Built for recovery — Ray is designed around recovery-focused conversations and familiar recovery principles, helping you stay connected to the mindset and habits that support long-term sobriety. Steady isn't here to replace your sponsor, your meetings, or your recovery program. It's here for the moments between them — a companion in your pocket for whenever you need one. You must be 18 years or older to use Steady. Important: Steady is a peer support companion app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
