Staplicht: recovery support

Staplicht helps you notice how things are going sooner. A short check-in leads to green, amber or red. Then one manageable next step comes first. HOW ARE THINGS NOW? Record mood, craving and context. Staplicht suggests a status; you decide what fits. Green protects what is working. Amber helps you adjust sooner. Red puts calm, support and safety first without treating the day as a failure. CRAVING? TAKE 10 MINUTES A limited immediate-help route remains available before sign-in. Choose what is happening, pause, breathe and contact someone you trust when needed. After sign-in, you can also use your personal plan and support contact. FREE CORE • daily check-in and traffic-light status • recovery time without punishment or erased progress • personal recovery plan and immediate help • patterns from your own entries, only when enough data exists • optional local check-in reminder • one available piano session • local export and deletion of recovery data ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY Create an account or sign in with email and password, or Google where available, to use the main app. Account and purchase data are processed on the server. Check-ins, notes and reflections are stored in an encrypted local database on your Android device by default. Your personal plan and preferences remain in app-private storage. Recovery data is excluded from Android backup and device transfer. STAPLICHT PLUS Plus adds longer local views, summaries of recurring difficult moments, a weekly preparation card, plan suggestions, a PDF you can choose to share and extra audio. Monthly and annual plans are available. Eligible new annual subscribers may receive a 14-day trial. Google Play shows the final price, billing period and terms before payment. Founder is no longer sold; existing valid entitlements remain restorable. Staplicht is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not predict relapse and does not replace treatment, crisis care or emergency help. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number or contact someone who can be with you.
