Saha: Maintenance & Field Work

Saha is the technician app for maintenance and field-service teams. See the jobs assigned to you on your phone, work through them step by step on site and record the result with photos, measurements and notes. It comes with ready templates for refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, generators and UPS, commercial kitchens and general service. The app works with your organization's Saha account. The organization sets up its locations, assets and team in the web panel at saha.sayfa.app; technicians join by invitation. MY JOBS • Today's, upcoming and completed work orders • Status flow with one large button: On my way, Start, Put on hold, Complete • Checklists with required items, measurements and meter readings • Take photos or add them from the gallery • Part requests, notes and the job's history • On completion: the missing required items, a result note and labor time ASSETS BY QR • Scan the QR code on an asset label to open the asset card • Report a fault, see service history and planned maintenance, enter meter readings • Type the code in when the camera cannot read it LOCATIONS AND REQUESTS • Browse from locations to assets and the asset card • Follow the fault reports and part requests you opened WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET • Assigned jobs are kept on the phone, so you can keep working in basements, on roofs and out of coverage • Your changes are queued and sent on their own when the connection returns • The sync screen shows what was sent and what is waiting NOTIFICATIONS • Get notified when a job is assigned to you or your part request is approved or rejected Turkish and English, light and dark appearance.
