RideDesk: Taxi & Limo Dispatch

RideDesk is booking and dispatch software for airport transfer, taxi, private hire, limousine and chauffeur companies. This app puts your company's RideDesk panel on your phone, so you and your dispatchers can take a new job, give it to a driver and answer the customer while away from the desk. The app is for companies and their staff. To book a ride, contact the company you are travelling with. Bookings • Create transfers and car rentals with flight numbers, extra stops and return trips. • See the day's jobs as a list, on a calendar or on a departures board. • Change, reschedule or cancel a ride, and see who changed what. Dispatch • Assign a driver and a vehicle from your fleet to each job. • Pass a job to a partner company when your own cars are booked out. • Follow on-shift drivers on a live map. • Drivers see their jobs on their own phone through the RideDesk driver portal. Customers • Answer emails and WhatsApp messages from the app. • Turn an enquiry into a quote, and an accepted quote into a booking. • Send confirmations and payment links. • Ask customers for a review after the ride. Money • Create and send invoices, and see what is paid and what is still open. • Keep a running balance with each driver. • Export reports for your accounts. Alerts • Get a notification when a booking, message or payment comes in. The app is in English and German. You need a RideDesk account to use the app. Your company signs up at ridedesk.app, and the owner invites staff from the panel. What you see depends on your company's plan and your role.
