PitchFirst

PitchFirst is India's first voice-first hiring platform, built exclusively for telecallers, BPO professionals, and sales professionals — the roles where how you sound on a call matters more than what fits on a résumé. A 90-second voice pitch replaces traditional résumé screening. Candidates record once; recruiters hear tone, clarity and confidence before they ever open a CV. ── FOR CANDIDATES ── • 10-Section Profile Builder — a guided profile that captures everything a hiring manager actually asks about, from identity to references. • 90-Second Voice Pitch — record once and let recruiters hear how you sound on a real call. • Verified Typing Test — prove your speed and accuracy with results employers can trust. • Video Intro — add a short face-to-camera introduction to stand out. • Application Tracker — see where every application stands. • Profile-Viewed Alerts — know when a recruiter looks at your profile. • Free full access for every candidate. ── FOR EMPLOYERS ── • Hear Before You Hire — every shortlisted candidate arrives with a voice pitch. Screen tone and clarity in seconds, not hours. • AI-Scored Candidates — Clarity, Confidence, Relevance and Energy scored automatically from the pitch audio. • Evidence-Based Shortlisting — decide from real audio, verified typing speed and readiness signals instead of self-reported claims. • Private Shortlisting — shortlist a candidate with a single like; their profile stays private until you connect. • Faster Screening — cut down phone-screen rounds by hearing candidates up front. ── WHY VOICE-FIRST ── For telecalling, BPO and sales professionals work, voice IS the job. PitchFirst puts the most important signal — how a candidate actually communicates — at the very top of the funnel, so employers hire faster and candidates get judged on their real strength. ── PRIVACY & SECURITY ── Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with strict access controls. Voice pitches, videos and résumés are shared only with recruiters on the platform, which is the core purpose of the app. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Contact: [email protected] Download PitchFirst and let your voice get you the job.
