Osrah Staff is the app for the people who run the nursery day: teachers, room leads and branch staff. Take the register, write daily reports, run programme sessions and keep families informed, all from your phone. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • See how many children are in, how many are still expected, and take the register in one tap. • Today's events and your reminders sit on the home screen. • Check yourself in and out of your shift. YOUR CLASS • Every child in your room, with their status for the day: present, checked out, absent, sick or on holiday. • Check children in and out one by one, or the whole class at once. • Children still expected after the cut-off are marked absent automatically, and you can change it at any time. • Scan a parent's QR code at the door to check a child in or out. SAFE PICKUP • Each family keeps its own pickup list. When a child is collected, the app shows who is allowed to take them. • Anyone who is not on the list is refused at check-out. • The attendance history records who brought and who collected each child. CHILD PROFILES • Allergies, medication, who to call and who can pick up, on one page. • Daily reports, attendance, paperwork and programmes for each child. DAILY REPORTS • Log meals, naps, moods, health and activities in a few taps. • Turn a report into a warm summary for parents with one tap, and rewrite it if you like.
