MyDiary

MyDiary is a simple and privacy-focused notes and diary app designed for everyday information such as personal notes, family details, bank references, policy information, reminders, useful instructions, lists, ideas and other important information you want to keep close. 🔐 PRIVATE & SECURE NOTES Your note information is encrypted before being stored in the MyDiary database on your phone. For additional protection, MyDiary provides: • Encrypted note storage • Secure PIN protection • Device biometric verification for sensitive actions • Lock individual notes • Protected recovery certificate • Encrypted database backups Your recovery certificate is important because it contains information required to recover your encrypted diary on another installation. MyDiary reminds you to export it and keep it somewhere safe. You can create your own groups and arrange your groups in your preferred order. 📌 DASHBOARD The MyDiary Dashboard gives you a simple overview of your diary. Quickly access: • All Notes • Pinned Notes • Unknown / ungrouped notes • Notes from the last 7 days • Your custom groups • Backup and recovery status Pin important notes so they are always easy to find. ☁️ GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP Protect your diary against phone loss or replacement with Google Drive backup. MyDiary supports: • Daily automatic backup • Weekly automatic backup • Monthly automatic backup • Manual backup • Local backup history • Google Drive backup and restore Cloud backups are stored in a visible “MyDiary” folder in your Google Drive, so you can confirm that your backup files exist. If a scheduled Google Drive backup fails, MyDiary keeps the local backup and can remind you the next day so that the problem does not go unnoticed. 🔑 RECOVERY CERTIFICATE Your recovery certificate is an important part of restoring your encrypted diary. For better protection, MyDiary does not automatically upload the recovery certificate together with scheduled Google Drive backups. Sharing the recovery certificate is protected using your Secure PIN and supported device biometric verification. Think of it this way: Your encrypted backup is the locked box. Your recovery certificate is an important key. Keep both safe. 📱 MOVE SAFELY TO A NEW PHONE Changing phones? MyDiary provides tools to transfer your encrypted diary and recovery information to another device. On your new phone, choose Restore and use your backup together with the matching recovery certificate. This allows your important diary information to move with you instead of being permanently tied to one phone. 📤 SHARE NOTES EASILY Share individual notes using Android's normal sharing options. Depending on the apps installed on your phone, you can share through services such as: • WhatsApp • Email • Quick Share • Google Drive • Other compatible apps 🌐 USE MYDIARY IN YOUR LANGUAGE MyDiary supports: • English • हिन्दी (Hindi) • বাংলা (Bengali) • ગુજરાતી (Gujarati) Your own note titles and content remain exactly as you entered them. ❤️ WHY MYDIARY? Important information deserves more than a temporary text file. MyDiary is designed around a simple idea: Keep important notes easy to write. Keep them easy to organise. Protect sensitive information. Back them up. And make them recoverable when you change or lose your phone. Whether you use MyDiary for personal reminders, family information, bank references, policy details, lists, ideas or other important notes, everything stays together in one simple diary. IMPORTANT No application can guarantee absolute security.
