Every job ends with before-and-after photos taken on-site, plus GPS confirmation the landscaper was at your address. The mower must explicitly confirm the address and your property notes on-site before the blades start — wrong-yard mistakes can't happen. • 24-hour satisfaction window. Your payment is held in escrow for 24 hours after the job ends. Approve immediately, or report a problem — funds only release when you're happy. • Property notes.
