Dash turns movement into a game you play with others. RECORD — Runs, walks, hikes, rides, or a timed session. Distance, pace, climb and your route on the map, computed honestly even with no signal. Live stats on the notification while you move. PROGRESS — Running programmes from your first 30 minutes to 45 km, and strength programmes that adapt to your equipment — a gym, two dumbbells, or just you. The coach sees what you did today and tells you what comes next. COMPETE — Week-long duels against your friends: most metres wins. Group challenges. A history that remembers who won — and how many times you lost. TOGETHER — A feed for your sessions, friends to follow and cheer on, and shared spots worth knowing. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT — Your routes are trimmed around your home before anyone sees them. Private zones never leave your phone. Your account deletes in two taps, in the app. Dash is free. The advanced training programmes are a yearly subscription, with a free session to try. Live heart rate needs a Bluetooth heart-rate strap, armband or a watch that broadcasts its heart rate. Dash is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
