Kaghaz Less: AI Billing App

Kaghaz Less is AI billing and quotation software for shops and traders who would rather speak than type. Say your order in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English, and the app turns it into a priced quotation (estimate) or bill (invoice) as a PDF you can share with your customer. No more writing rates on paper: Kaghaz Less means less paper. Bolain. Quote tayyar. It is made for Pakistan's hardware, sanitary and plumbing trade: shopkeepers, dealers, plumbers, contractors, engineers and suppliers who work from company price lists and rate lists every day. HOW IT WORKS • Every company you buy from has its own chat with its price list. • Hold the mic and speak your order. Your words show first, then the quotation. • AI matches each item to the price list and sends a quotation card with sizes, quantities and the total. • A line the app is unsure about is marked "Please check". If nothing matches, the app tells you, so you can speak again. • Open the PDF, choose Quotation or Invoice, and share it on WhatsApp or any app on your phone, or download it. • Every quotation and invoice gets its own reference number. EDIT WITH A FEW TAPS, NO TYPING • Change a quantity on a number pad, pick a size from tiles, remove a line or add one from the price list. • Give a discount on one item, a whole category or the whole company. Tick "Remember" and it is applied next time. • Every edit is saved as its own version, so earlier quotations stay viewable. • Add your shop name. The PDF shows every item, the discount, the subtotal and the total. ONE VOICE NOTE, MANY COMPANIES • Put companies in a group, speak once and get a quotation from each company, with a grand total. YOUR OWN RATE LIST • Keep your own products and prices in the Local chat and make quotations from your own rate list. • Add products by speaking. If a name, price or unit is missing, the app asks, then you check and save. • Change a price or unit with a tap. Deleted by mistake? Tap Undo. PLANS • Free: speak your orders. Includes ads. • Pro and Max monthly plans, bought through Google Play: type orders, send a photo of a written order or an audio file, longer voice notes and higher limits. Pro shows fewer ads; Max has no ads. GOOD TO KNOW • Needs an internet connection and a Pakistani mobile number. Your sign-in code comes on WhatsApp. • One account works on one phone at a time. To move to another phone, log out on the old one first. • AI can make mistakes.
