Indanta Business is de werkapp van het Indanta-platform. Werk je bij een organisatie die Indanta gebruikt, dan heb je hier je werk bij de hand: op je telefoon of op een tablet aan de balie. Je ziet precies de schermen die bij je rol en afdeling horen. Wat je organisatie in het beheer aanzet, verschijnt vanzelf in de app. Wat Indanta Business doet: • Kassa (POS) — afrekenen met pin, contant of op factuur, met een gekoppelde pinterminal; snelknoppen, kortingscodes, betaallinks per e-mail of WhatsApp, retour en dagafsluiting. • Agenda en planning — afspraken, reserveringen en taken in één planning die het hele team deelt. • Team en afdelingen — rollen en rechten, een dienstrooster dat je pas publiceert als het klaar is, uren en intern chatten met collega's. • Berichten en gasten — e-mail en WhatsApp in één overzicht, met een klantkaart met de geschiedenis en notities. • Boekhouding en rapportage — facturen en creditfacturen, grootboek, btw-overzicht, omzet en marge, en bankmutaties afletteren. • Meerdere vestigingen — werk je bij meer dan één vestiging, dan kies je bij het inloggen waar je aan de slag gaat.
