Full description
"Am I being too sensitive?" If that question keeps coming back, you don't need someone else to settle it. GaslightGuard gives you an 18-question self-check, a library of 12 common gaslighting tactics with the exact lines they sound like, and a fact-and-feeling journal that separates what happened from how it felt. Everything stays on this phone. No account, no server, no analytics, no third-party ads. ■ Self-check Answer 18 short questions to spot patterns in a relationship, and get a plain-language reading with next steps. ■ Learn Understand common gaslighting tactics — denying reality, shifting blame, isolation, dismissing feelings, and more — with real-life examples across dating, work, family, and friendships. ■ Protecting yourself early Things you can do before it gets big. Catching it early, setting boundaries (with sentences you can use straight away), and keeping your own judgement. Read patterns by relationship too — dating, work, family, friendship and online. ■ Fact & feeling journal The heart of responding to gaslighting is writing it down. Record "what actually happened" and "how I felt" separately, and build steady evidence for yourself. See your emotional patterns at a glance in the mood calendar. ■ Red-flag checklist Check warning signs regularly and watch how they change over time. ■ Response guide Boundary-setting steps, ready-to-use conversation scripts, and how to reach professional help. ■ A line for today A quiet sentence for the days that shake you. One on the home screen each day, one when you save a record or finish a breathing session, and one alongside your self-check result. Not just "you matter" — every line comes with the reason why. ■ Recovery tools For what comes after being shaken. - Reframe — write down the thought that keeps circling, and separate fact from interpretation. - Voice on your side — choose the words you want to hear, instead of the ones that shake you. - 5-4-3-2-1 grounding — a senses exercise to come back to right now. - Small wins — keep the small thing you managed today. Nothing is scored or judged. What you wrote stays as you wrote it. ■ Export a summary for support Make a readable summary for a counselor or someone helping you. Your written notes are left out by default — it organizes trends and the feelings and tactics that came up most. Whether to include the notes is your choice, every time. ■ One reminder a day (optional) A quiet nudge so it doesn't slip by. Off by default, and the wording is neutral. ■ Grounding & safety A calm breathing tool for hard moments. App lock (PIN/biometric), screen protection, and a quick-exit button to keep your records private. Your records are yours. - No sign-up, no accounts, no servers — everything stays on your device. - No third-party ads, no analytics, no tracking. (When you open the app and in Settings, you'll see the same developer's other apps.) Note: GaslightGuard is a tool for education and self-recording. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or professional counseling. If you are in crisis, the app connects you to 24/7 help lines (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and Crisis Text Line in the US; 1577-0199 and others in Korea).

What's new

- When you open the app, a small window introduces other apps from the same developer, once. Close it or hide it for today; it never appears over the lock or disguise screen. - Fixed Korean text breaking mid-word, tab names splitting at very large text sizes, and page dots being invisible in dark mode. Your records still stay on this device only. No account, no server, no third-party ads.
