Full description
Today's tasks sit on your lock screen, and you check them off right there. It's not that you have too many tasks. They just don't have an order. Peekdo is a to-do list app that sorts your tasks by priority using an urgent x important matrix. Answer two quick questions - is it important? is it urgent? - and every task lands where it belongs. - Check tasks from the lock screen Today's to-do list shows up in a lock screen notification, and you can check tasks off without unlocking or opening the app. - Home screen task widget The 2x2 priority matrix goes straight onto your home screen widget, so today's tasks and due dates stay in sight. - Plan good habits In the Habits tab you decide in advance what you'll do and when (plus where and with whom, if you like), then check it off each day. See today's habits in a lock screen notification and a home screen widget, and set a reminder per habit with its own time and message. - Priorities at a glance Urgent x important quadrant matrix home Drag and drop to move and reorder tasks Due dates with D-day badges, start times, repeating tasks Start-time reminders: a notification when a task's start time arrives (can be turned off in Settings) Checklists, color tags, hide completed Home screen quadrant widget, dark mode - Made for People with a long to-do list and no idea what to start with Anyone who writes a task list and never opens it again Students and workers juggling deadlines for exams, assignments and work Anyone who quit a heavy planner or task manager app - The Eisenhower matrix method Split every task along two axes, urgent and important, and place it in one of four quadrants. Urgent and important: do it now Important but not urgent: schedule it Urgent but not important: get it out of the way fast Neither: drop it Peekdo puts that matrix on your lock screen and home screen so you see it every day. - Stays on your phone No sign-up. Your to-dos are stored on this device and never uploaded, and you can export or import a backup file any time. The app sends only four things: feedback you choose to send from Settings, a one-way hashed device value used to apply the 7-day free period once per device, usage statistics about which screens and buttons are used (you can turn this off in Settings), and app install and launch information plus subscription and lifetime pass purchase confirmations for ad measurement (Meta). Your task contents are never included. - Free for 7 days, then Premium Every feature is free for 7 days after install (no payment details needed). After that, adding and editing tasks, checking them off (in the app, on the lock screen and in widgets), moving between quadrants and importing backups continue with a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime pass. Viewing tasks (including the lock-screen card and widgets), deleting, exporting backups and settings stay free. Prices are shown in the app and the store. A priority to-do list, checklist and daily task planner that leaves only what you really have to do today.
