Unrack

Unrack is the workout tracker for lifters who want to see the set, not just read the numbers back. Log the session as you train, film the reps that matter, and every clip stays attached to the exact set it came from. Weeks later, pull up the triple that finally moved and watch it next to the one you missed. LOG FAST, IN THE GYM - Sets, reps and weight in kg or lb, with what you did last session on every exercise - Supersets and circuits, templates, and workouts that repeat on your schedule - A rest timer that floats over the workout and names your next set - A calendar for what's planned and what's done FILM EVERY SET THAT COUNTS - Record from the workout and the clip files itself under that set - A countdown, a level, and exposure and focus lock, so you can film yourself - Match a clip: line up today's angle with an older video before you press record - Trim clips down to the rep THE LIFT ROLL - Every clip in one place, filtered by lift or by personal records - Compare two clips side by side on one timeline - Bar path tracking draws the path of the bar over the video, rep by rep, with each rep's range of motion PROGRAMS - Start from a built-in block like a linear 5x5, a four-week wave or the Texas Method, or build your own - Prescribe by percentage of your training max and Unrack works out the weight for every set - Sessions land on your calendar as ordinary workouts, so nothing you log is ever rewritten by a block SEE THE PROGRESS - A record book of your best sets, with the clip that proves each one - Strength trends and training volume over time - Bodyweight and body measurements, with progress photos UNRACK PRO Unrack is free to use. Pro removes the limits: - Unlimited clips (free accounts keep 15 at a time) - Your full strength trend history (free shows the last 8 weeks) - Bar path tracking on every clip (free includes your first) Pro is $9.99 CAD a month or $59.99 CAD a year, with local pricing everywhere else. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them in Google Play. Deleting a clip always frees a slot, and nothing you have filmed is deleted if Pro lapses.
