Datumly: Site & Project Ops

Datumly is the operations app for engineering consultancies and contractors. Everyone on the team — principal, project engineer, site supervisor, accountant, store keeper, purchase officer, draftsman — opens the app and sees exactly what needs them today. Your clients and suppliers get their own simple views too. WORKS ON SITE, EVEN WITHOUT SIGNAL • Daily site reports with time- and place-stamped photos, weather, crew and work done. Let AI draft the report from your photos and notes — you check it before it goes. • Inspections, defects, concrete cube tests and RFIs, with photos. • Mark up drawings and drop pins that raise an RFI or a defect. • Everything saves on the phone first and syncs when signal returns — the cloud icon shows what's waiting. APPROVE FROM ANYWHERE • One inbox for site diaries, progress, drawings, bills, expenses, material requests, purchase orders, variations and submittals. • Approve, send back with a comment, or approve a smaller quantity. STORE, PURCHASING AND EQUIPMENT • Material requests → dispatch → receive what arrived (good, damaged, short). • Stock by location, supplier returns, equipment fuel and hour logs, service due flags. PEOPLE, SAFETY AND TIME • Site check-in with geofenced sites, toolbox talks, safety checklists, labour headcount. • Timesheets and expense claims with receipt photos. • Optional on-duty location — only while checked in, only with the person's consent, always with a visible notice. REPORTS FOR OWNERS • Portfolio, money, schedule, quality, safety and people reports, with Nepali (Bikram Sambat) and Gregorian calendars. • Notifications that take you straight to the item. BUILT FOR EVERY COUNTRY • English and Nepali, your firm's currency, date format and fiscal year. • Sign in with email, phone code, Google or Apple. You need an account from your firm to sign in. Firms set up projects and teams at datumly.app. Built by jKulDev.
